I had gotten a strange email from a supposedly Content Editor | negotiations.com wanting to offer an article. It appears that they had a staff, according to the explanation given, who appears to be a member, visited the forum and must have captured my email address from there.
That's not cool. No one, member or not, should be able to capture another member's email address from the forum as that is Netgate's private property.
I would like to forward the email or post in chat.

It seems unlikely... because the email addresses are not published in any manner that a scraper could get to it, with or without a user account.
I'll open a DM with you to send headers, content, and screenshots.
