Cannot select Development Snapshot on 2.7.0 Release Version

I just did a clean install of 2.7.0 Release (amd64) on a Hyper-V 2022 server and I'm not able to select the Development Snapshot. It's not offered. I've never encountered this before and I had 2.8.0 Development Snapshot running on a Hyper-V 2019 server previously. Is there a work-around?

There was a post a few days ago from one of the Netgate developers saying that 2.8 DEVEL snapshots were temporarily pulled because they just imported a kernel change/update from FreeBSD upstream and need time to test basic functionality first using their internal teams. Eventually the 2.8 DEVEL snapshots will be back.
I can't put my finger on the post at the moment, but it was on the Netgate forums here just not in this particular sub-forum.
