      Hi,

      I have setup authelia to use for 2FA for my internal systems.
      And I use letsencrypt with Acme to get valid certcs for my https connections.
      Using sub domains as it's easier to setup but then I need a cert for each or a * cert that is hazel needing to update manually.
      I have setup DDNS with Google domains for my subdomains so all is running smoothly.

      What I want is to cut down on the number of certs and use paths rather.

      Could someone point me how to setup paths to start with?
