Manually Added Alias Does Not Appear in Dashboard Widget pfBlockerNG

I'm running a Netgate 1100 on 23.05.1-RELEASE with pfB 3.2.0_5.

I've manually created an Alias to block a network(192.157.20.0/22) hosted in the the US and used by Russians. The pfB software created the alias list as shown:

I then created a WAN rule to block this network:

However, when I look at the pfB widget in the Dashboard, the manually-added alias does not appear. Is this behavior normal or have I done something wrong?
