Just move to 23.09 and the above is presented in the dashboard. Note that version string is repeated and "is available" even though the system is on the latest version and no update is actually available.

Latest snapshot installed

On the widget offers an update to some incomprehensible version. This has already been posted on the forum.

Also, I can not install any Package in the package manager

on 09/23/20230823.0600, the problem with displaying an incorrect update was resolved, but the packages still could not be installed.

I found the command "pkg-static install -f pkg" on the forum, but it does not solve the problem ;(
