Updated pfsense and haproxy to 2.7 / 0.63_1

All error files stopped working (could not parse HEADER error) , and HAproxy did not start - so I deleted those - but this error I don't know what to do about.

      [NOTICE] (58226) : haproxy version is 2.7.8-58c657f
[NOTICE] (58226) : path to executable is /usr/local/sbin/haproxy
[WARNING] (58226) : config : config: Can't open global server state file '/tmp/haproxy_server_state': No such file or directory

Ideas, is it even an error?

@planetinse issue went away after upgrading to TEC (23.05) version (probably the reboot was the fix)
