Trying to add custom protocol for VPN category.

I am trying add add udp:4501 as a VPN protocol so that it is recognized by ntop instead of being classified as unknown. I have added it to the VPN category as per the manual, restart ntop, but it still shows "unknown"

It states to run the command "sudo chown ntopng:ntopng /var/lib/ntopng/protos.txt" but that files does not exist.

Any ideas on how to start ntopng with the proper parameters?
