User management via limited user

i am wondering how much work would be involved in modifying the user manager built into pfsense, so that you could allow someone access to add and remote captive portal users, without screwing up the rest of the unit.  the only alternative i can think of is to set up radius or AD on another box and only give them access there…

This is already present in the head tree where you will be able to lock privileges of every tab and every menuitem with the usermanager and add multiple users. Just be patient  ;)
