pfSense OpenVPN without certifcate

i'd like to set up an openvpn server without having to use certificates on the client side. I'd like to have the necessary certificate data in the ovpn file. I know how and what to copy in but it'd be so much better to have it downloaded automatically.
is it possible?

b) question would be if where can i customize my radius settings? also to set reneg-sec to 0 if possible. other way asked: can i modify the server.conf file (if there is any) and will it stick after an update or modifying the settings in the gui?
