    Android client works - sometimes

      From an S23 (android) using the openvpn client to connect to pfsense to dvr:

      if s23 is connected to offsite wifi - can connect/view dvr
      connected via 5g - can ping the dvr, but not connect/view
      connected via 4g - usually cant ping, and never connect/view.

      Also having issues with things like messaging apps (signal, google, texting), but that may be a different issue because its happening when connected via local wifi or vpn.

      All of these things worked without issue until the last 3-4 weeks.
      Any ideas?
