After configuring ACME and certifcates no CA is available

Hello,

After following several guides and reading the documentation, I still have have no SSL certificates for HTTPS.
I have both CA and Certificates, but it seems that I'm missing something in terms either configuration or a step that needs to be done in order to have SSL working.
