      After a week of working to resolve Intel QAT not working on pfSense VM on Proxmox, finally got it solved without the need for any script. For those attempting this, you can find the steps taken here

      pfSense+ 23.09 Lenovo Thinkcentre M93P SFF Quadcore i7 dual Raid-ZFS 128GB-SSD 32GB-RAM PCI-Intel i350-t4 NIC, -Intel QAT 8950.
      pfSense+ 23.09 VM-Proxmox, Dell Precision Xeon-W2155 Nvme 500GB-ZFS 128GB-RAM PCIe-Intel i350-t4, Intel QAT-8950, P-cloud.

        Something I learned during my recent Proxmox setup is that one doesn't need to passthrough the PCIe NIC, example the Intel i350-t4. At the time of configuring pfSense at the console, just name them vtnet0, vtnet1, vtnet2, vtnet3...they will automatically pass to the NIC...the surprise doing it this way is 10GB lie or is that 10Gb...
