How realistic is this progress bar ?

Are we going to get new CE version soon or additional issues / bugs will be added as the year progresses ?

We haven't set or even projected a date for a CE 2.8 release, that progress meter is reflecting the issues that have already been assigned there, not counting any additional ones that may get added or assigned there in the future.
