Will the 23.09 stable release require the purchase of a new Tac-Lite subscription - after the recent changes announced to the previous offered Home/Lab (aka free variation) subscription?

Trying to determine if i need to purchase the subscription now or after the final stable release - Since, I'm currently on the 23.09.r.20231027.0151 version at the moment.

Greatly appreciate any insight.
