bandwidthd not starting?

pfSense+ 23.05.1-RELEASE (amd64)
Installed the bandwidthd package from the package manager. Go to the bandwidthd status page and it says to start bandwidthd to see statistics. Click on the icon to start bandwidthd, it spins a bit, and then goes back to the page that says to start bandwidthd.
Anybody gotten this to work?

The only issue I have is that won't show my VLANs traffic, but never have issue with the app.
