Toggle a firewall rule from command line?

Is there a way to toggle an existing firewall rule on/off from the command line?

Got an issue with my phone's screen size so if I VPN in using that when I'm on the move, I can't shrink/expand/scroll enough to do it from the GUI. Sure, there is easyrule to hack out a new rule, but is there another way to just toggle one and reload the rules?
