The firewall has encountered an error

I've received this error quite a bit..
[PHP_errors(2).log](Invalid file type. Allowed types are: .png, .jpg, .bmp, .txt, .gif, .xls, .gz, .zip, .pcap, .pcapng, .7z, .xml, .jpeg, .diff, .patch, .tgz, .tar, .0, .cap)
well, i'm copying the contents of the log file because, for whatever reason, the "upload file" button shoots me an error saying that the 'txt' file is not allowed to be uploaded... of the files it claims are allowed 'txt' is the 3rd or 4th on the list... so.. ???
