Problem Speed

hello ,
I need your help.
I have created two accounts on pfSense admin panel.
both are 100mbps speed without VPN.
The one account with activated the VPN has speeds of 71-75mbps
The second with activated the VPN is 30-40mbps
why does secont account drop the internet speed so much?
