HA acl / action help

I have following ACL's and Action's that works fine (example) - (and yes I need to use ssl_fc_sni in this scenario)

(I get the same issue with a host scenario and normal webclients)

Since i multiple these in hundreds i was trying to get a one-liner that did the same thing using a map file;

in Advanced pass thru:
use_backend %[ssl_fc_sni,map(/custom/haproxy/xyz.map,xsp-fallback)]

But i can get this to work, - it always resolved to a 503
I have verified file is in the correct location and permissions is 0744

Ideas what i do wrong or how to troubleshot ?
