Multiple OSPF Area ?

Good day,
There is a small picture of my network. IPSec is used for the VPN between each site

The network 1, is using area 0.0.0.0 in my frr/ospf setup. That part if working perfectly

Now, network 2 is using policy route, and want to set it up with OSPF too.. but as a different section..

What I want to achieve:
Network 1 access everything in that section
Network 2 access everything in that section
SF network, access BOTH area
BackupSite access everything

Is creating another Area is good? like area 0.0.0.1 ?

Having multiple areas isn’t the solution here. In the end you want routes to be learned everywhere you just want controlled access. Firewall policies

so, i just put everything in the 0.0.0.0 area, and rather than having, under firewall/ipsec rules, from * to *, I just need to allow/deny subnet in each location ?
