      i have the same issue as when i tried to manually run the denyhosts from /usr/local/etc/rc.d
      i got "./denyhosts.sh: /usr/local/bin/python2.5: not found"

      how do i fix that?

        That was not the same issue as the thread in which you posted, so I started a new topic with your post.

        DenyHosts doesn't work at all right now, it doesn't matter if it's nanobsd or a full install. I spoke with the maintainer and he is considering options for fixing it, but it may be a while.
