Bind states to interface

Hi,
in OPNsense there is this advanced settings:

Bind states to interface
Set behaviour for keeping states, by default states are floating, but when this option is set they should match the interface. The default option (unchecked) matches states regardless of the interface, which is in most setups the best choice.

Is there in PFsense also? Or is there a way to manually modify the pf.conf file?

I need this settings to solve the problem shown in my previous post
