      Hello fellow Netgate community members,

My Snort IPS/IDS appID is detecting drift today and all the IP addresses are from Amazon. Has anyone else noticed appID spotting this today?

Drift checks the stack somehow pretty cool. What if it gets so good it blocks ad blockers built into browsers …

Another weird one today is “Inspectlet“ this I feel can be branded as stalker-ware, I was researching it and it says it views mouse movements and clicks as if you’re watching their screen. So this kind of voids the point of privacy hardware screens.

Drifter worries me this could make firewalls have issues if they are really inspecting stack after delivery
