Rule tab size

Hi,
On some random occurance my rule tab changes from single line per rule to double line.
ex.
Usually this happens when I type some long name in any of the fields, but that's not usually the case.
Sometimes the rule page is 1 rule per line and 5 min later without any changes it becomes 1 rule per 2 lines (like the screenshot)
Is there a way to disable this and the rules only be displayed rule per 1 line ?

Actually that's always the case. There's a length limit and when all combined fields exceed that limit it wraps.
Look at your images, the single lines have asterisks so that would not exceed the limit.
Drives me crazy too.
