    How to add IntermediateCa using an external CA

      Hi, I would like to add an intermediate CA certificate to issue certificates for Openvpn users.
      I would like to use my external CA to sign pfsense certificate as intermediate CA.
      However I cannot find an option on certificate manager to issue a new intermediate certificate and download the CSR to be signed by my external CA.
      It looks like I can add a new internal CA or create a new intermediate from an internal CA but I cannot create a CSR. Am I wrong? What in missing?
      How can I add my Ca certificate as trusted?
