port forwarding for Resilio Sync

Hi, we just upgraded from a Fortinet Fortigate 30E to a Netgate 8200.
Everything works fine except our site-2-site replication tool which is resilio Sync now goes via Relay which means that the needed ports are not open.
I looked at the port forwarding and UPnP documentation and enabled UPnP and forwarded the ports that Sync uses to listen for connections to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.
