CS:1.6 & W:ET UDP

I have a couple game servers Counter Strike 1.6 and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory which use UDP ports. I have on several occasions attempted to view them on their master server browser, but for some reason packets are being filtered out even though the rule for each of them is passed. I tried creating static ports for them, but that still does not work. Does anyone have any idea what is going on with this? I really need to get this fixed soon like. I'm currently running 1.2.3-RC3 if that helps much.

Can you post screenshots of your firewall, nat, aon rules?
From where do you connect?
How is your network set up? (ASCII art?)
if someone connects from external side, what is the error they get?
Any entries in the firewall log?
Any entries in the server log?
What does a TCP dump on the WAN show?
