This update for the Snort GUI package addresses two identified bugs.

Bug Fixes:

1. Fix Redmine Issue 15334 - Interface Description not updated properly when adding/creating new interface in Snort.
2. Fix Redmine Issue 15351 - Snort does not honor user-specified PHP memory limit setting when the user specifies a value greater than 384 MB.
