How to block free anonymous proxy http?
I have a problem with my clients Internet cafe, because they are often used free anonymous proxy http to bypass transparent proxy pfsense.

That should fall under System Administration.  The clients should have security policies to prevent the user from changing the proxy settings in the browser.

Block outbound access by default and only open the ports you want to allow.
