Hi, I deployed the pfSense Community edition on Azure as a virtual machine.
I preconfigured the Azure Linux Agent on it.
The agent is recognized in Azure as ready, so it works, I think.
But I can't use the Serial Console feature of the agent in Azure.
When the system boots pfSense stuff starts successfully, followed by a lot of INFO log entries of the Agent (I don't know why this happens, that the agent logs will be sent to the console. I didn't configure anything here. The official freebsd image doesn't do this.
After the agent is ready I will get the state of the agent in the console but I can't type in anything. (so the enter key does nothing)
I checked the ttys file and saw that ttyu entries (serial terminal) is in the state "off". Why? The default freebsd works and the state is "on" there.
When I change the state it and reload tty it works till I reboot the system So something overwrites the config.
      How I can prevent this?
And maybe you know how I can disable the log output of the agent in the console. It's enough in the log file itself.

I think the thread was posted in the wrong category. @mods could you please move the thread to the right category? I think installing pfsense or so would be the right?
