Staggered cron jobs?

pfBlockerNG has four cron jobs three of which are set to run at midnight:

That's a bit strange since it looks like they're configured to run at 4:00 AM:

But my primary question is whether there's a way to manually stagger them (e.g. run one at midnight, one at 1:00 AM, etc.) so as to mitigate temperature spikes on passively cooled hardware. When I've tried to do this, the cron jobs just all get reset to the settings from above. Not a big deal, just wondering if I'm missing something.
