Plesk Server Unable to Access Port Forwarded by pfSense

Hello, I have installed 'pfsense' on a machine virtualized with Proxmox, and then I defined port forwards for another virtual machine with Plesk installed. The interesting part is that when I perform port checks via 'telnet' from the Plesk-installed machine, it says the port is closed, but when I do the same from my own computer, it says the port is open. Therefore, whenever I try to configure SMTP settings, the Plesk server gives a timeout error because it can't access the port. What could be the reason for this?
