I have a dual wan setup for failover. One of the connections is cable broadband with a static IP. This is my fastest, default connection. A second WAN connection is to a WISP, that uses CGNAT. I have set up an outside VPS with Openvpn to relay traffic to an Openvpn client on the Pfsense firewall. I want the second WAN connection to have all its traffic travel in/out across the the Openvpn client. Consider the WISP interface to be labeled as WISP, and the Openvpn client as OPT1.
