Setting up Mullvad with WireGuard

I am trying to set up Mullvad to run on my Netgate 1100 running pfSense Plus 24.03 with WireGuard. I have followed the guide (pfSense with WireGuard) on their website but I keep losing the internet connection through the LAN port after completing the "Configure the firewall rules" step. The guide is for pfSense CE 2.7.0 but I have been able to get it working in the past on pfSense Plus using their guide albeit I was running 23.05.1. Any and all help is appreciated.

@T5Y85DYSsJmA Is the wireguard tunnel itself up and running? What does / Status / Wireguard show, the tunnel should have a green up-arrow and the peer show a recent handshake having taken place.
