ACME pkg v0.8

ACME package version 0.8 is available now for pfSense Plus 24.03 and 23.09.1, and CE 2.7.2.

Bug fixes/changes:

• Synchronizes with upstream acme.sh version 3.0.8 (master branch)
• Various upstream bug fixes for DNS providers.
• Failed updates for INWX registrar
