I have an instance in AWS which has a number of OpenVPN clients connected. Each of these clients gets an IPv6 address and then routes through the firewall to access a number of resources hosted on other EC2 instances.
I have two OpenVPN instances, and then i have assigned interface names to them so they each have their own ruleset, the global "OpenVPN" ruleset is empty.

With 23.09.1 this works perfectly, the clients can reach the other servers without issue.

With 24.03 (straight update from 23.09.1, no config changes) this has broken.
From doing a diagnosis with tcpdump i can see the traffic arrive on ovpns1, but the traffic never leaves the system again via ena0 like it should.
The firewall log shows the allow rule on ovpns1 matching so it doesn't seem to be getting dropped there.
