      I'm having an issue with new OpenVPN installs, the config we are using seems to not work with new versions of OpenVPN, when I install an older one like 2.5.8 the VPN works fine. The issue seems to be the ncp-disable.

      What can I do to fix this? I believe I would need to upgrade my firewall to get rid of ncp-disable but if I do I think all the VPN's I have installed for over 100 users will break.
