all Firewall rules are logging even though logging is not enabled

SG-3100
v24.03_1Log packets that are handled by this rule is disabled on my rules yet when I look at my firewall logs they are being logged.
I put in a TAC request and got the latest stock firmware for my SG-3100 to completly set everything back and flashed back to factory yet upon boot the log starts filling up again logging of the default allow rule.
I'm a bit confused because I've had this router for many years and this must've started happening in only the latest firmware version.

@jawz101 what is being logged? The default deny has always been logged by default.. Are you seeing igmp logged as block by your default allow.. Posting of what your actually seeing would be helpful.

@johnpoz yes it's a ton of IGMP blocked msgs

@jawz101 see if it’s this: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/log-filter-blocked.html#packets-with-ip-options
