Looks like it was merged with a different list and doesn't have any IPs or Networks in it.

@Waqar-UK That's the DROP list. If you try to download it in your browser what happens?

That list should download, its just empty.. so pretty pointless to download it. You should download the list it merged too.. But as mentioned can you download it in your browser, in my post I showed there was stuff in the newer list of just just drop vs edrop.

If you can't open it with your browser, you got something going on that would explain your download fail error.
