Nordvpn and dedicated IP

Nordvpn has an add on service for what they call a "dedicated IP", where you get the same IP every time you connect. Will this work with Pfsense? I contacted Nord, the person in the chat said it would work, but there was a language barrier and I'm not quite sure he understood me.

I currently have PIA as a VPN with Pfsense. PIA also has a service that gives you the same dedicated IP, but they said it only works with their software. When the PIA IP changes, I often get an IP that's been banned from many sites... I'm hoping to dump PIA soon and find something better.
