TunnelIP vs FreeRadius IP

I have an OVPN server using the IPv4 tunnel 172.30.50.0/24

When a user connects they get an IP from this range.

I am using FreeRadius for auth and see I can assign an IP to a user. What IP can I assign here and would it not conflict with the OVPN tunnel IP?
