Hi I'm trying to have a always on connection that connects before login so group policy can apply at login. Have put the .opvn file in the progam files\openvpn\config-auto folder, have set the service to automatic, in settings enabled pre-login and silent connection.
It seems like the connection is not even trying to connect as there are not logs to show any activity.

      Any idea?

      Thanks

I did this on a laptop for a user, let dig for the documentation. It required a bunch of changes to the OVPN config, but was not difficult.

If you could reference some documentation that would be great, or provide a sample config?

I did this, but the directory config-auto was not created and I had to make the manually.
Make sure that the service is automatic and the GUI does NOT auto load when logging in.
