Era of IDS/IPS is going over to the end?

Hello, almost all traffic now encrypted, home users should now use some interception for decrypt traffic to use of power IDS/IPS. But home users do not have a lot of knowledge how to do this in right way. Have a pfsense team any future plans for other packages, could be alternative of IDS/IPS which will support HTTPS traffic monitoring or something else?
