Forward 443/80 to upstream proxy?

Hello, trying to forward HTTPS/HTTP traffic to upstream proxy (Tinyproxy server) connected to different interface of pfSense.

Proxy server LAN 192.168.8.1
WAN 192.168.30.10
GATEWAY 192.168.30.1

This is rules I did, but without success:

Please , help me to resolve this!
I want forward traffic from other interface
Gateway 192.168.20.1
LAN 192.168.20.0/24
