Site to Site OpenVPN, redirect IP/Traffic

I have a successful multi site to site config up and running quite stable, however I wish to have one of the sites (situated in Spain) route all its traffic thru the main server back in the UK. Any ideas

On the Spain device set the "Remote Networks" to 0.0.0.0/0.

On the UK box you have to set the Outbound NAT into the hybrid mode if it's in automatic, and add rules to WAN for the Spain local networks.
