iOS clients "connection refused" error

Hello all and Happy the 4th!

On some of my iOS clients (iPhone and iPad), I started seeing the "connection refused" error

Others worked fine still.

I wonder if anybody has seen or knows of any changes in the pfSense OpenVPN or client apps that may caused it recently?

I just connect my iOS 17.5.1 using the OpenVPN phone app version 3.4.2 (5723) and I connected just fine.

It's totally useless to show my successful openvpn client connect logs - as it succeeds to the pfSense 24.03 OpenVPN server just fine.
Yours .... should we come over and have look at them ? Or can you reproduce them here so some one can have a look ?

Without looking, just thinking : a "connection refused" mens : the server refused the client to connect.
So, go have a look at the OpenVPN server log and see what it tells you ?!

@chudak yeah just like @Gertjan I am on 24.03 and just connected my iphone and it connects just fine. Using same 3.4.2 openvpn client on ios 17.5.1

After all it was unrelated to OpenVPN problem.
