How can i make user with limit time in captive portal?

in  captive portal i can make user with expir date
how can i make them with time
as :
make user use 1 houre and another one user 30 min and so on
i need that to improve our wifi in my hotel

use "voucher" function in pfsense2.0, you can also add it by yourself.
