Access to Web GUI from outside

Hello,
I read everything I could find, did allow https on port 81, beacuse I use the default for redirect, allowed external acces from any to internal the router IP, alos tried to allow to all internal, tried even when the internal IP was the public Ip of the router. What am I doing wrong?

If you've reviewed that document carefully, try to connect from the Internet and check your system logs, firewall. See what's being blocked.

Yeah I fixed it,sorry for spamming it was the ISP he obviosly had blocked that port. :o
