OpenVPN no access to a machine other than pfsense

Hello,

I install OpenVpn using wizard on my pfsense (netgate 2100). then vpn connection work : i can access to pfsense machine outside my local network (192.168.2.0/24). But i can't access to another machine (like 192.168.2.42 ESXi server).

IPv4 Tunnel Network : 192.168.3.0/24
IPv4 Local network(s) : 192.168.2.0/24

firewall : default config (2 checkbox checked)

custom options : push "route 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0";

ping 192.168.2.42: request timed out

@ppe and does this 2.42 machine have its own firewall, and does it allow for access from your tunnel network? 192.168.3/24?

Does the 2.42 use pfsense as its gateway?

Those are 2 very common issues.

@johnpoz hi ! thanks ! it is due to bad gateaway config in my exi server (i set 2.100 instead of 2.1, i don't know why...)
