New 24.08 snapshot!

A new development snapshot is available: 24.08.a.20240925.0600. MIM is not available in this one. We plan to include a limited early look at MIM along with a 24.08 BETA.
One of the biggest user-facing changes here is additional Kea features; there's also been significant changes to the general configuration backend. Feel free to post a new thread for any issues / feedback with 24.08.
